Master Plan Revisions
The One Boca team has revised the One Boca proposal in partnership with the City and community, this proposal has been shaped by resident feedback every step of the way.
Below, you can see the changes we have made to the plan that reflect public priorities: protect Memorial Park, create a sense of place and destination for all residents, enhance civic buildings and infrastructure, and expand recreational green space.

The new plan increases public recreational space from 7.6 Acres (green highlights in the left image) to 15.6 acres (green highlights in the right image). Final program west of NW 2nd Ave to be determined by city. Image for inspiration only.
